About Us
History
Verachron Consulting Ltd (Verachron) is a small IT consulting company based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. The company was founded in October 2008 by Paul King who remains as the sole owner and Director of the company.
David Page (a former colleague of Paul King) joined Verachron during 2010, becoming a Director in January 2011. David and Paul had worked successfully together to deliver a number of medium to large scale software delivery and systems integration projects in both the public and commercial sectors. Later in 2011, David Page left Verachron to further his career as an independent IT Consultant.
In June 2008, David Page and Paul King we were approached by Solirius Ltd to architect, design and construct a public internet application for a not-for-profit organisation, Localgiving.com. The objective of the project was to enable small and medium sized charities across the UK to advertise their activities and raise funds to support their ongoing work. This project was completed in October 2010, at which time it was successfully handed over to permanent members of the Localgiving.com team.
Since October 2010, we have been working to further enhance the business and to develop innovative framework products, which it is hoped will add benefit to our clients through the delivery of enhanced system features at lower costs.
Philosophy
Our company name is a combination of two latin words - Vera meaning "truth" and chron meaning "time". We believe in honesty, integrity, complete openness and total collaboration in all of our dealings and endeavours and believe strongly that all clients, no matter what their size or perceived importance deserve to work with suppliers who hold with these ideals.
Structure
Verachron is currently owned and operated by Paul King. Paul is also employed by the company and is therefore responsible for the delivery of all work work undertaken by Verachron.

All employees also have significant experience using a wide variety of computer-aided software engineering (CASE) tools, integrated development environments (IDEs), project management tools and graphic design packages.
